2. Booking & Payments
A. Reservations
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment (unless otherwise stated).
We reserve the right to cancel bookings with incomplete/incorrect information.
B. Pricing & Fees
Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government taxes.
Additional fees (e.g., baggage, seat selection) are not included unless specified.
C. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds depend on supplier policies (airlines, hotels, etc.).
No-shows or late cancellations may incur 100% charges.
Cargo shipments are non-refundable once dispatched.
3. Travel Documents & Requirements
Passports/Visas: You are responsible for ensuring validity (minimum 6 months for most countries).
Health & Safety: Comply with vaccination, COVID-19, or entry requirements of your destination.
BML Assistance: We provide visa guidance but do not guarantee approval.
4. Cargo & Shipping Services
Declare Contents Accurately: Prohibited items (e.g., weapons, hazardous materials) will be seized by authorities.
Insurance: Optional but recommended for high-value shipments.
Delays: Not liable for customs holdups or unforeseen transit delays.
5. Limitation of Liability
Force Majeure: Not liable for natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or political unrest.
Third-Party Services: We act as agents for airlines, hotels, and logistics providers—their terms apply.
Maximum Liability: Limited to the total cost of your booking.
6. Intellectual Property
Website Content: Logos, text, and images are owned by BML Travel & Tours unless stated otherwise.
No Unauthorized Use: You may not reproduce, modify, or resell our content without permission.
7. Dispute Resolution
Negotiation First: Contact us at info@bmltravel.com.my to resolve issues.
Malaysian Law: Any legal disputes will be settled in Malaysian courts.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
